Vaughan Waller has worked in the field of applying learning technologies where organisational performance improvement is required for over 20 years.  His knowledge and experience is pre-eminent, acquired through working with organisations in many industry types in both the private and public sectors.

Vaughan was Chairman of the UK's foremost e-learning association, the eLearning Network for seven years until 2006 and he is now an Honorary Life Member.
